Shiatsu Cancellation Policy

Please take a moment to become familiar with the clinic policies.

❖ Shiatsu appointment requires 24 hours notice to cancel or to re-schedule.
❖ Missed shiatsu appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $70 for the missed appointment.
❖ I understand that services cannot be rendered if I arrive later than Thirty minutes of my schedule appointment time, and that a missed appointment fee will apply.

Cancellation policy for workshops
and courses.

Terms and Conditions
for workshops and courses (“events”) with Danka Bednarova (“organizer”)

The registration for an event becomes binding if the contribution has been received on the account of the organizer within the payment deadline, otherwise the right to the place expires.

The fee cannot be refunded if the participant cannot take his / her seat.

In the event that the appointment cannot be kept, the place can be transferred to another person.

If the workshop has to be canceled by the organizer, the full amount will be refunded within 14 days after notification.

The organizer is not liable for any further costs incurred by the participant.

The organizer is not liable for theft and injuries before, during and after the event.

Cancellation policy for Shiatsu course

for weekend courses (“events”) with Danka Bednarova (“the organizer”)

The registration for an event becomes binding if the contribution has been received on the account of the organizer
within the payment deadline, otherwise the right to the place expires.

If you register for the workshop less than 3 days before it starts, you must pay immediately.

In case of cancellation more than Cancellation within 60 days and more:
€ 10

Cancellation 4 weeks before the event:
30% of the price

Cancellation 3 weeks before the event:
50% of the price

Cancellation 2 weeks before the event:
65% of the price

Cancellation 1 week or less before the event:
80% of the price

Cancellation day before the event:
100% of the price

However, your place can be transferred to another person.

By registering into the course or making an appointment, you agree to the cancellation policy conditions.
