Private Yoga Mentorship – 4 Sessions:

The 4-class package is the smallest option—enough to start learning breathwork and a short sequence, but not to master a full sequence. Learning a sequence is important because:

  • It helps you move safely and keep your body healthy and mobile over time.

  • It gives you independence, so you can practice in your own time and at your own pace.

  • In private sessions, I focus only on you, bringing the best benefits and faster learning compared to group classes

It’s a great way to identify weaknesses, so we can work on them—helping you practice safely, even after an injury. When you rejoin a group, you'll feel confident and secure, knowing exactly what you need and how to practice.

For real progress, continuity is key—bigger packages will be available soon!

What to bring:

If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it to class, as well as a towel. If you are new to yoga and want to try it out, all you need to bring is a towel; I will provide a yoga mat for you. If you want to cultivate a sustainable home practice, it is good to invest in your own yoga mat and, depending on your level and needs, a few yoga props. Having your own material, space and rituals will help you to feel motivated and comfortable in your practice.

Note: Private sessions are only for regular students to refine their self-practice. I do not offer one-time private classes, as learning a sequence requires continuity.

What to expect:

I will be offering my final live Vinyasa Krama Yoga classes in Leipzig.

This is a rare chance to learn yoga in a way that goes beyond just physical movement—bringing deep awareness, breath control, and meditative focus into your practice.

Since I believe that the style of yoga I teach is most beneficial in a focused setting, I no longer offer drop-in classes. Instead, I provide private sessions, small group classes, closed courses and workshops.

Shiatsu Therapy

Shiatsu Packages – Deep Healing Through Consistency

3 X 90 minutes package | 300 €

5 X 90 minutes package | 475 €

Shiatsu is not a quick fix—it’s a journey of deep relaxation, trust, and healing. One session is simply not enough to address long-standing issues. This is why I offer only packages:

  • Healing takes time – Most people come with existing tensions or imbalances, which can’t be resolved in just one session.

  • Building trust is key – A safe and non-judgmental space allows you to fully relax and let go over time.

  • Deep relaxation unfolds gradually – The body and mind need consistency to release stored tension and stress.

  • True self-care is regular – For lasting benefits, shiatsu should be received every 4 to 6 weeks.

  • More than just treatment – Plan extra time around your session as a gesture of self-love, reflection, and prevention.

Kindly note, the 3-session Shiatsu massage voucher must be used within 3 months of purchase.

Tao Shiatsu Healing Art for Couples and Friends :

3-hour sessions | 260 €.

What to bring:

Unlike regular massage, shiatsu therapy is done through the clothes, not directly on the skin. You will be lying on a special shiatsu futon on the floor. While the room will be heated to a comfortable temperature, deep relaxation may make you feel chilly. Therefore it is advisable to wear comfortable, loose clothes made of natural materials (cotton, linen, silk, …), and ideally a long-sleeve top or a light jumper, even on warmer days. Make sure you can move freely in these clothes. Also note that we will spend some time going over your case history and any health conditions prior to the treatment.
