Vinyasa Krama Yoga is not about flashy poses or perfect flexibility—it’s a deeply personal and therapeutic practice designed for every body. Whether you are an Ashtanga practitioner looking to balance your practice, or someone seeking a slower, more mindful system to support your life, this is for you.

Course Dates: April 2nd – July 2nd, 2025 (3 months)
Where: Online Self-practice (Pranayama recordings available if you miss a class till the end of the school)

Each class option will start once I have a minimum of 5 students and will be capped at a maximum of 15 students to ensure a personalized and focused experience for everyone.

In my Online VKM School, you’ll find a structured, supportive environment rooted in tradition and adapted to your individual needs. You’ll be guided through the original sequences of Vinyasa Krama Yoga, as taught by Matthew Sweeney, with personal attention and adjustments.

Over the course of these months, you will work deeply with one sequence or explore up to two different sequences, developing a structured and safe practice that suits your unique body and mind. Each step is guided and refined, so you gain a profound understanding of the breath, movement, and meditative aspects of yoga.


Each session includes breathwork, a short meditation, and tools to help you stay balanced throughout the week.

    Self-practice classes takes place in an ONLINE space.

    Through this approach, you will cultivate independence in your practice. Yoga will become something you carry with you for life—not just as a series of postures, but as a deeply personal and transformative experience that extends far beyond the mat.

    You can always return to explore new sequences and variations, deepening your practice while keeping your body and mind strong and balanced. I will continue teaching this system online, giving you the opportunity to join workshops and self-practice sessions from the comfort of your home.

    I’ve been teaching online self-practice and workshops since 2020, when the world changed during the pandemic. Over these years, I’ve continued to guide my former students from all around the world—whether we met in person at workshops and retreats or connected through the online space. Many have stayed with me on this path, and I’m grateful for the dedicated global community we’ve built together.
