This online yoga space is here to guide you in transforming your life through traditional yoga—adapted to today’s lifestyle and your unique needs. Even in a virtual format, you'll learn how to practice safely, adjust asana to your body, and build a steady, conscious self-practice.

Whether you're coming from a Vinyasa or Hatha background, or simply curious about developing your own practice, this space is open to everyone.

As a former Ashtanga practitioner myself—having practiced it exclusively for 10 years before transitioning to Vinyasa Krama—I also warmly welcome fellow Ashtangis. Together, we can explore how to adapt your current practice or introduce new sequences that support your personal growth, whether you're working on backbends, core strength, or shoulder mobility. Let’s find what serves your body, your life, and your journey.

Additionally you can join my Mondays Pranayama classes where each session includes breathwork, a short meditation, and tools to help you stay balanced throughout the week. The pranayama classes has additional cost / let me know if you are interested in.

    Self-practice classes takes place in an ONLINE space.

    Through this approach, you will cultivate independence in your practice. Yoga will become something you carry with you for life—not just as a series of postures, but as a deeply personal and transformative experience that extends far beyond the mat.

    You can always return to explore new sequences and variations, deepening your practice while keeping your body and mind strong and balanced. I will continue teaching this system online, giving you the opportunity to join workshops and self-practice sessions from the comfort of your home.

    I’ve been teaching online self-practice and workshops since 2020, when the world changed during the pandemic. Over these years, I’ve continued to guide my former students from all around the world—whether we met in person at workshops and retreats or connected through the online space. Many have stayed with me on this path, and I’m grateful for the dedicated global community we’ve built together.
