Starting from the new year, I'm excited to introduce a format that blends in-person and online experiences. The upcoming courses will feature live, in-person classes for a significant part of the program, coupled with online options to provide flexibility and accessibility to all students.

Two Course Options for Your Yoga Journey:

3-Week Option (€150) / 6-Week Option (€240)

All courses will kick off on May 28th and run until July 4th.

If you opt for the 3-week course, you have the flexibility to extend it for another 3 weeks until July 4th.

For those seeking a better price and more options, the 6-week course is an ideal choice.

  • 6 self-practice sessions

  • 3 pranayama/meditation classes (live or recorded)

  • Self-practice classes takes place

    Tuesday/ Thursday

    18:00 -19:30 - live / Casa Ashtanga Leipzig

  • Monday Morning 7:00- 8:00 - let’s start your week with calm and focused mind - will take place ONLINE / recording available

6-Week Option (€240):

Starting May 28th

  • 12 live self-practice sessions

  • 6 pranayama/meditation classes (live or recorded)

  • Self-practice classes takes place

    Tuesday/ Thursday

For the 3 or 6-week course, the first step is to have a personalized discussion with me. Together, we'll choose a Vinyasa Krama yoga sequence that aligns with your practice level, experience, body constitution, and goals. This tailored approach ensures that you embark on a yoga journey that suits your unique needs and helps you find balance in your daily life.

Over the 3-6 weeks, you'll not only learn the chosen sequence but also delve into the basics of pranayama, fostering a meditative practice that contributes to your overall well-being. By the end of the course, you'll have established a regular practice, cultivated positive habits, and feel motivated to continue your yoga journey independently, even during periods when I'm away for learning or teaching.

You can always return to explore new sequences or variations, expanding your knowledge and maintaining a healthy, strong body and mind.
